I May NOT Be Queen, But I AM the Ruler

This morning President Bush received a call from the Prime Minister of Brazil. The Prime Minister sorrowfully reported that three Brazillion soldiers were killed in Iran yesterday. To everyone's amazement, all the color drained out of Bush's face, and he collasped onto his desk, head in his hands. Visibly shaken, it seemed the man was close to whimpering. At long last, he lifted his head, picked up the phone, and asked, "And exactly how many is a brazillion?"

Almost as well as last night. Some more lines were missed, one of those by me (and I had almost made it, too!), but I don't think the audience noticed.

Ugh...Bed!

Okay, so it's hard to read here, but if you click it it'll take you somewhere that it can be easily read.

All was fine, don't worry. There was some line flubbing with Stefano and Trinculo, but no one noticed. (I think) Our Miranda needs to speak more clearly, though.

And I didn't fall off the ladder!

Just sos ya know, tonight is the opening night of The Tempest down at Mossyrock High School. We'll be in the Multi-Purpose Room. I know all my lines (and most of everyone else's), but we haven't had more than one full rehearsal. We're going in early today to try and make sure everything goes smoothly.

I'm nervous. >_< And I have to climb down this ladder in a hoop skirt. Better than Ashley, though. She has to too, and her skirt is five times larger than mine!

(The battle rages on. Harry takes care of a few Death Eaters then sees Voldemort's back)

HP: In sleep he cursed at me

Yeah, so today's prom. I'm not as excited as I was last year and the year before, though. I don't know why. I still want to go, but...I don't know.

Well, I didn't bomb it. At the same time, I know that I got the bonus question wrong. Matching section probably sucked. I hate matching. Why couldn't they have all been multiple choice?

Better yet, let's bring back the essay questions. I miss those. I was good at those. Oh, well. 

Not much is going on. There's prom tomorrow, though. I'm excited. I lost a bit of weight to look just that much better in my dress but managed to lose enough to be able to fit into a pair of shorts I couldn't fit into a week before I started working out. Makes me all excited.

So, I decided to wear this summer dress and heels that I have. Really pretty. I walk into my TA classroom, and one of my favorite third graders opens his eyes really wide and goes "Whoa." It made my day.

But yeah, today's pretty boring. Oh, well. I just hope I got an 'A' on that test. Or at the very least a 'B+'. We'll see, though, I guess.

Current Mood: waiting for my test score

I've decided that I love black and white for movies. There seems to be a whole new dimension to shine that you don't get with color. Seriously! Take a color picture of a chain, then take a  black and white picture of a chain, and see which one seems to shine more. 

I only figured this out because we're watching To Kill a Mockingbird in my English class. We've read the book already. We'll get two essay questions, along with a simple standardized test. 

I have a history test tomorrow. Ugh. I'll have to study for it tonight. Thanks to everyone who tried to help me out. 

Does anyone else keep getting these GreatGlam.com advertisments on the right hand side of their screen? I'm thinking of checking it out. There are some cute clothes. Maybe there are shoes.

Isn't he insane? The test is on Friday, and he JUST gave us the study guide today. Hopefully I can get it all done so I can, you know, study.

 I'm talking to Crystal again, but I'm guarding my words. I don't think she realizes, though. I'm not looking to restore a friendship, really, as much as restore some normalcy in my life. I'm tired of being on the edge all the time. Maybe if I'm friendly without being friends things will cool down again.

Here's the first five chapters of my little fanfiction. I put myself in as the main character, but to protect my anonymity, I'm changing my name. Enjoy my nerdiness!

Was feeling queasy earlier today, but I went to school anyway. Came home, skipping drama rehearsal (Like anyone showed up anyway...), and laid down for a couple hours. By the end of the day, I felt good enough to do a little cardio workout. It was one of those All Star Workouts on the Fit network? It was the kickboxing one. I feel much better now.

So, I'm showing off the spelling trophy for awhile, but then I put it on the ground(waiting outside for a teacher). When I picked it up, I went through the movements too fast and stabbed my finger on one of the stars.

I can literally say I bled over the trophy. xD How pathetic...

It's Crystal again. She called me an idiot, and I couldn't help but say, "Wait a minute. You can't spelled supposedly."

Wait, I should back up.

There was a spelling bee today, and I got out on the word "algebraic." I would have gotten it right, but we had taken a break that had ruined my flow. Gr...

Anyway, our team got second, and I was in eighth place. No trophy or anything, but I didn't get out on the first word like I usually do. Another girl got fifth, so she got a trophy.

I was talking to my friends, and they were teasing, like friends are opt to do, but later on, Crystal says, "What kind of idiot can't spell 'algebraic?'"

I glared at her. "The same kind that can't spell supposedly, or probably, or narcissism..." Then I went off on all the words she can't spell.

It felt good to be mean back, but I probably shouldn't of. Oh, well. If she didn't keep picking at me, maybe I wouldn't feel the need to defend myself. She brings it on herself. I don't even talk to her.

I guess I should be over this. I mean, I should be so over this that I shouldn't even be posting on it. Still...Why can't she just give it a rest?

She's going around calling me fat. I mean, really. How mature is that? Especially when you consider that she's bigger than I am. Kelly came up to me today and said, "Do you know what Crystal's saying about you?"

"No..."

"She's telling everyone that you're fat." Kelly looked at me like she was concerned, which is nice coming from her. She's never been mean to me, but she can be to other people.

I felt the need to sigh, but I managed to suppress it. "Honestly, what Crystal says about me is neither here nor there. I have too much self confidence and self worth to let what she's saying bother me."

"Good for you," she said back. "I mean, it would bother me, but good for you."

Only problem is that it is bothering me. Not what she said, but the fact that she said anything. Can't she just learn to shut up?

Well, that's today's bit of complaining. Tune it next time!
